Q: How often do you put out new episodes?
A: The schedule varies pending if the team is working on the TV series, a new DVD, merchandise releases or other projects. We try to put out new episodes seasonally (new summer show) or at holiday times like Halloween or Christmas. We always post news about upcoming episodes on our site.

Q: Where are all the old episodes?
A: All the shows are listed on the site under WATCH EPISODES. Scroll down and by page to see your favorites! The longer, 7-minute episodes are in the TV Episodes section.

Q: Where are the Smoochies?
A. The Smoochies are shown on occasion on our site, for a special time of year or event such as Valentine's Day. The Smoochies can be found on the "First Blood" and "Second Serving" DVDs (check the online store for content list). As well, we do run All Smoochie Specials from time to time and change them under the Goody section of our site.

Q: Where are the Kringles?
A. The Kringles are usually posted online during holiday season. You can also see them all on the "Second Serving" DVD.

Q. How many episodes are there?
A. We are always working on new shows, so the number always grows!

A: No. The content of our DVDs is the same.

Q: How often do you add new merchandise to your store?
A: As our licensees create merchandise on a seasonal basis, we try to update the store in the spring, summer, fall and holiday.

Q: Are the DVDs region encoded? Will they play in other countries besides the United States?
A: Some of the DVDs are region-encoded and some are not. The single volumes – First Blood, Second Serving, Third Strike and the Overkill Box Set – do play internationally. The TV DVD Volumes are region-encoded for North America only.
